At Mascot Dental Clinic, we strive to provide you with the best dental experience. When you make an appointment at our clinic, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Resources and time are wasted if you cancel without any notice.

Booking Deposit

For long appointments or certain procedures where special equipment/resources are required, we require a non-refundable booking deposit of $100 or a full or partial pre-payment of the appointment fee. This will be redeemable towards your appointment if the cancellation policy is followed. If the appointment was made online, you will be contacted for payment of this deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We understand that life can be busy and unexpected things can happen, requiring you to reschedule your appointment. To provide the best services to all our patients, we kindly request that you notify us a minimum of 24 hours if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment. This will allow us ample time to offer your appointment slot for someone who may need treatment.
  • If you are a new patient and you do not provide us with 24 hours’ notice or if you do not show up for your first appointment, a deposit of $50 will be required to secure your next appointment with us.
  • Any patients with 2 or more late cancellations/no-shows will be required a pay a $50 deposit for all future appointments. If the appointment was made online, you will be contacted for payment of this deposit.
  • If less than 24 hours’ notice is given the booking deposit is not redeemable or refundable.

Late Attendence

  • We strive to maintain punctual schedules to accommodate all patients.
  • If you are running late, please call ahead and advise us. We will try out best to accommodate you.
  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late without any notice can be seen as a failure to attend, and your appointment may not be undertaken. This will be at the dentist’s discretion on the day.
