How it works:
- Schedule an appointment at Mascot Dental Clinic to see if you are eligible for a whitening treatment. Once we give you the go-ahead, schedule your Zoom! treatment.
- After your Zoom! treatment, scan the QR code at our reception to complete the online form to claim your toothbrush. Remember to include your receipt/ tax invoice number and upload a photo of the displayed counter card.
- Philips will send the toothbrush to the address provided within 3-4 weeks or receiving your claim. Any claims submitted after the 31st December 2026 will be declined.
